The Waldheim house is a small family-run holiday house in Ortisei – Val Gardena in the Dolomites.
The house is located in a quiet area, next to the ski-school field and the Mar Dolomit public swimming pool.
It has a large garden, private parking and a bicycle and ski-boot storage.
The pedestrian center of Ortisei can be reached without any climb in 5 minutes on foot.

The Palmer field of the ski school is only 100 meters away. In just a few minutes on foot you can reach the departure point for the Seiser Alm and the Seceda cable car. The ski bus stop, to reach the other villages of Val Gardena, is only 150 meters away.

The house has two comfortable two-room apartments
The two apartments are located on the ground floor and lead directly into the garden. They consist of a bedroom, bathroom with shower, a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette.
The apartments are furnished with dishwasher, satellite TV, safe, hairdryer, washing machine or use of washing machine, bed linen and towels, WLAN.
The price includes free entry to the swimming pool of Ortisei-Mar Dolomit and the “Val Gardena Mobil Card” to circulate for free on the buses of the entire Val Gradena for the entire duration of your stay.

Direction
The Val Gardena road system is directly connected to the Brennero motorway (A22). From the south you pass through Verona - Trento - Bolzano Nord; and from the North, take the Innsbruck - Brennero - Chiusa route. Following the road signs, in about twenty minutes you reach Ortisei. In Val Gardena you can stay safely even without using the car, we have an excellent public transport service and from each location there are various means of lifts that lead directly to the altitude.
